I've gone the route of telling people they have the choice of he/him, she/her, they/them (which, unfortunately, is valid as the singular epicene in the English language, and is an established part of English grammar), or It, and those are the only 4 choices. No neo-pronouns (those are just nonsense garbage) and no mixing of pronouns.

I think they should just be glad all the normal people just don't start using "It" to refer to them.

Yeah, all this is going to do is limit their employment options. Most employers are not going to be overt about their reasons to decline employment.

I can see globohomo corp's hiring them for their lowest ranks to meet some quota. Feel bad for the blue collar grunts who will now have to put up with troon sperging on a daily basis for minimum wage.

This just shows what a grub Yaniv is. I reckon if it had of been another somewhat sympathetic person filing waxing complaints, Cousineau would have ruled in favour for them. She's certainly in favour of trannies and non-binary people.

Even Morgane Oger said something along those lines, that Yaniv was the wrong person to be bringing that sort of a case to the tribunal.

This is only arguably true, and represents a minority position, classically speaking. Gender-neutral "he" has significantly more attestation. I refuse to use singular they. However, singular they is rabidly enforced by all the worst people, so finding good argument for gender-neutral he any more is a challenge unless you actually have the experience in the literature.
