Drop your CFG scale. Like a lot. It'll fix the weird neon effect. If you do use XL's, make sure you check their recommended settings. They're way different than the original diffusion models.

That's gonna need a lot of support. Though you might be able to get away with only supporting the ball openings. Is the tip hollow or solid?

It's mostly hollow, still working on the model to help reduce the amount of support needed. It's still a work in progress.

A single horizontal cut right below where the dome connects to the two pillars and "ring", then adding alignment pegs for connection removes 90% of the support you'd need, all that would be left is the few chunks you'd need to print the dome itself.
Honestly anyone who has a 3d printer should know how to use meshmixer and do that modification themselves so I would not worry overmuch about it.
My only suggestion would be possibly adding the Rekieta Law logo to it.
