I love side sleeping, but I've had to move to mostly back sleeping bc of crunched cervical vertebrae impinging on a couple main nerves, so if I sleep on my side (right side, especially), my arm/ hand goes numb or tingly. :-((((

That said I need to get a new pillow because my memoryfoam one sucks ass and I by far prefer sleeping on my back, which the pillow prevents me from enjoying to its fullest.

Do you have one of these cushions? Even a tiny pillow between your legs should do the trick.

It is literally impossible for me to fall asleep on my back. Took me years to "train" myself to fall asleep on my sides after sleeping belly down all of my life, belly down is still the most comfortable position but it fucks with my back too much these days.
