I'll never understand the talk with "reclaiming" in this aspect from people like this. There's definitely a phenomena of people who were EPI'd from an early age and mostly latched on to hentai and furry porn rather than porn of real humans tending to fuck up their natural sexual instincts. It's not all or most but they definitely exist; its the same kind of thing that ends up with people being exclusively into deviantart fetishes like vore and inflation. It seems to be particularly common with autists.
I once had a personal cow who was a chronic oversharer and was very similar to Autumn. She was a pooner and a furry, and exclusively into anything to do with big stomachs (inflation, pregnancy, fat, whatever). IMO people don’t get like this only cause of EPI, mostly when I see it it’s cause of autism. I agree and disagree with both. Grooming / EPI only applies to a small fraction of these types, and that's mainly zoomers.
