Give it a read, the boys will likely get their money back over time however the debt owed accrues a 10% interest rate per annum.

He's still lose all of his assets under CA's chapter 7 implementation, which I mean is lenient enough but all his crackpot merch and "investments" as long as honest purchases would be stripped from him.
It's a shame a lot of the purchases were for consumables like food or alcohol, those can't be liquidated and feces has no value lmao

Matt and Ryan are both lily white and have likely never committed a crime in their lives greater then trespassing or filming without a permit. Misdemeanor stuff where they just tell you to get out of there. Their vocal hatred of police has always stood out to me as nonsensical cringe. It's like they hate the cops on behalf of black and brown people who actually get hassled by the police.

Jackson said he confused the credit card from his employer and his father and that is why he has accrued so much money in spending.
If this is true and it came to light, why couldn't he just pay the money back there and then and stick the bill to daddy dearest? He clearly doesn't care about letting his son consoom on his dime.
There would be no reason to let it get to court.

Of course in high likelihood he is lying through his teeth, I am just wondering why he would go with such a pathetic lie like that, that gives the impression he is used to spending money like water and has the funds to pay back his debts, or, has a daddy who pays his debts for him so he could pay it back, he just chose not to.

Its clearly virtue signalling, they did skits out in public all throughout 2021 and only wore a mask in them once- when Justin was in town. I think Justin is the only one who cares, because in their videos together he is the only one consistently wearing a mask outside for no fucking reason

Matt and Ryan even went to fucking South Carolina and smoked weed with random ass fans during the "pandemic", if they cared that much I dont think they'd be sharing a blunt with strangers.

I graphed the data from that document (excluding the last month since they basically caught him right at the start of it) and added in a simple trend line. It seems like he started off small enough that it probably wasn't too hard to pass off as legitimate business expenses, but it looks like a habit developed in a hurry and was growing to the point where it would be difficult not to notice.

I'm most curious about January 2021. If there was some kind of new year's resolution it sure as hell didn't last for very long.

So I was curious about that tiki mug he bought. Novelty drink cups, especially in California, are going to retail for a minimum of $15 (even a plastic cup full of beer at a baseball game in non-California with the team logo on it is going to be pricey). I looked it up--apparently it was a limited edition mug with only 199 others like it, and it retails for $100. However, the site also mentions that with a cocktail is $125, which is more than he paid according to the receipt.

Basically, despite dropping $10k on alcohol he was too cheap to get it with the cocktail and might even be sucking down something as plain as club soda in that thing.

Why wouldn’t you check the monthly credit card of that business card? Do they not have budget and ensure monthly spending stays within the budget? They could’ve saw those unauthorized purchases sooner and saved themselves 61k.

They should have a business manager or at the very least, an accounting firm, reviewing their finances each month.

A company credit card showing 5k spent in a month should have been investigated asap.
