In a technical sense, transgender means "person with a mental illness that makes them attempt to become the opposite sex," but generalizing them as self-mutilating freaks who want children to be sterilized isn't exactly wrong when like 90% of them fit that description.

To answer the OP question, I'm usually quite comfortable, but right now I'm uncomfortable because I have a cold.

I have always thought that sex is innate and immutable so it cannot be changed and "trans" people are neurotic and delusional.

I have not seen anything that conflicts with this so far.
