Jaadugar doesn't pull the punches, I liked it a lot. Let's see if the story keeps growing, the setting is extremely interesting.

Sayonara Lara has begun and it's first episode is a recap of the original tale, albeit with some adjustments to make the "Little Mermaid, Japan " thing work. The animation and music is stellar, far beyond what most stuff I've seen recently can do. Ends in a very silly way with some stuff that teases mysteries later down the line. Will watch religiously
