I'm pretty sure a while back he was sperging about the fact that caregivers and nurses are trained to say "Disposable Briefs" rather than directly call them "Adult Diapers", but because Andy is Andy he wanted them to be called his diapers.

Yeah it's not uncommon to see new caretakers get written up (well, verbal warning first) for saying "diaper" instead of "brief" to a resident's face or in an open setting. The doctors/nurses/admins really don't like that phrasing inside of nursing homes and care facilities. No one but Andy calls them diapers and it's 100% part of his baby fetish bullshit. Plus he always makes it very specific: "poopy diaper" whereas all he would ever have heard from caretakers/nurses/etc would be "soiled brief;" nobody with any level of medical training says offhand if it's piss/shit/blood, only Andy. Always "poopy diaper" because he has a shit fetish.

He has a Community Choice waiver now, which is about the lowest level of support. It's used mostly to keep people who need a bit of dat help from taking up spots in rehab centres and nursing homes, when they don't need complete day or round-the-clock care.

He wants the Consolidated Waiver, which can draw from different programs, and give him up to 168 hr/wk nursing care. He doesn't need it and won't get it.
