In yesterday's Snapchat Tantrum, she said so much has happened over the last six weeks that we have no idea about because we're still enduring her out of date torture videos. She said that in the interim she went to the ER and we'll hear about that some time next century. Blah blah blah, you don't know anything about her, hatelords.

That would make the third time she's been to the ER since January.
 
I'm going to chime in on the case worker thing. It seems painfully clear most of you don't know what that actually means in the terms of government aid.

The government subcontracts to local health care workers. Their case worker is just there to evaluate them and send their letter on along to another person some where else. It's often how smaller practices make a living; they get a bunch of people on SSI/SSDI or government backed insurance. Alot of these cases are very routine. Some one who will always need a medication refilled etc etc.

I fully suspect that the case worker is not who saw Mumbles or becky about their mental health diagnosis to begin with. It's probably some one they see for 20-30 minutes and get their medication renewed. All this person does is make sure their medication doesn't have shit side effects like you know, suicidal thoughts, etc. They fill a RX for them, they do a little chit chat, make sure no side effects, off they go.

I don't really see why people are claiming they have a side business. They are selling the ability for new doctors to get into their insurance. I assure you..it won't be making them a dime at those costs. This isn't an unusual practice either.

Also to note; most of these case workers for the government subcontracting tend to be cheap af small practices that would otherwise be closed. They don't send any thing serious to them. If you ever apply for ssi/ssdi you'll realize that. They are just for run of the mill stuff. They get the contracts because they're cheaper then sending people to actual specialists until they actually need a specialist.

Also Hamber lied about it either way, but I thought I'd clear up the case worker thing. This is not some one actually telling these people their mental health issues. They just make sure they aren't suicidal and fill their RX, if that. Becky and Eric could just as easily be using a Family Doctor for their basic RX stuff. They're on it for at least months on end. I know alot of family doctors will just fill things like that because you'll always be on it for the foreseeable future and you can save time and money just having them do it.

I have no sympathy for people who exhaust valuable EMS resources. I don't know what issues she has complained of in the past but I hope to God they weren't upper back/chest/heart pain because that means two paramedics/AEMTs needed to fly out lights and sirens towards pillow mountain. Transporting ALR would be a nightmare, especially if she fell. It's difficult enough to get someone onto a stretcher, but lifting ALR would be near impossible in her current dainty state.

Well, because they do this as part of their "practice"

Anytime a company uses the terms "entrepreneur" and "proven systems" and offer monthly multiple level subscription "partnerships" for outrageous sums, you might want to question their legitimacy and ethics as mental health professionals or any thing else.

As far as case managers, Becky and Eric both see their "psychiatrists" weekly or whatever. They've both talked about their sessions, Eric in particular. They aren't just showing up to see the case manager for their scrips. They share the same case manager. No one knows if the CMs are contracted by the government, but their bios say this-


Assist with accessing resources | Housing Employment | Childcare | Living Necessities | Specialist Referrals | DCBS Involvement | Service Coordination

I have no idea why someone simply in therapy would need a case manager unless they're trying to get access to one or more of those benefits. But maybe you know more than I do regarding that.
 
Case workers generally just assist with getting government tugboats. Sometimes they help navigate the ‘system’ and teach independent living skills for schizo’s etc.
In Canada I have never heard of a case manager providing rx’s or therapy.

This ain’t Kentucky tho.

I now want to know if the materials used for stretchers could support her weight. I bet they'd basically need to rent a bobcat and use a travois set up.

There are plus-size (called bariatric) stretchers, cots, ambulances, and other tools that are used for ALR sized patients. They are exponentially more expensive and rare outside of large cities. I posted about the likelihood of ALR surviving a motor vehicle incident. Extracting her from a vehicle would require dismantling it completely. We call those big stretchers 'Big Barry", affectionately
