I don't know if the low calories even out the cardiac risk that comes with eating 110% of your RDA of sodium in one meal. If this were all she ate each day maybe the weight loss would be worth it, but that isn't what she is doing. I'm not usually a dick about high sodium diets but when you already have that much stress on your heart it isn't a good idea.
