Gorl is lying again. I don’t believe for a second that she goes four hours without eating when she’s awake. If that were the case, she wouldn’t be a 600 pound heifer. I bet she even has a light “snack” when waking up before eating breakfast (at whatever time of day she designates it)

This is a gorl who needs a snack for the 2 hour drive to the Cheesecake Factory, when you know she ate before she left. 4 hours without food while she's awake isn't happening.
 
Maybe Big Al has become so fat that she experiences time differently than the rest of us do, and that's why she's confused about this 4 hour thing? Because we all know that 4 hours will never elapse without her eating SOMETHING, so alternate theories must be presented.
 
Hey now gorls, snacks don't count as eating! Calories only count they are a full 6 serving meal. A family sized bag of m&ms or half a block of cheese are just to stave off starvation mode or reward oneself for not eating the entire lasagna in 30 seconds.
 
Regarding the "shaking on last scale weigh-in" bit--where she was "embarrassed and had to cut the audio"--
I've always been a proponent of she was arguing with Becky in the audio, as she is seen holding onto something, and fudging the numbers, hence the audio deletion. She can stand on the scale JUST FINE

The issue is she is 595-605 lbs now.

This used to be my favorite lazy dinner dish but now I can't make it anymore without thinking of her deep throating potatoes while staring down the camera.

I hope she hasn't begun to binge cooking videos. I don't think I could handle her systematically destroying real recipes. It's one thing to make slop and call it "chili", but it's a whole different sin to scar our minds with similar yet disgusting mukbangs of real food.

Al has a magical way of making any food look unappetizing. Why can’t she just follow a recipe for once instead of making an approximation of it? If she just made the recipe you showed and had a normal serving size, it wouldn’t be so bad. Sadly, Al has to go an obliterate it by making the portion way too large, not using the right type of potato and chopping things unevenly. All her food that she cooks ends up looking colorless, sad and gross.

That’s just so sad. The fat is eating at her brain and her immobility is making it worse. The solutions are there, but you’re right that she’s probably too dumb to actually think of them and follow through
 
That kalbasa dish is very popular in Russia. If you notice in the cooking vid posted the vegetables take up most of the dish, definitely not meant to be eaten with so much kalbasa since it's unhealthy to eat so much processed salty meat.

This isn't bad grammar, it's her purposely misleading us into thinking that she's actually seen a doctor. She spoke to somebody online that claims to be a doctor, but obviously is just a bs naturopath since no real doctor would advise somebody of ALs size on the internet as that's unethical. Imagine if a GP started messaging a 60lb anorexic girl theyve never met about what to eat on twitter, they could risk having their medical license revoked.

She just doesn't like eating when she wakes up? Very dainty. In her morning vlogs she goes right to the fridge while talking about how she hasn't even washed her makeup off from last night yet. So disgusting, atleast wash your face before you stuff it.

That would not be nice. Make all the unrecognizable slop you want, but don’t destroy our appetites with stuff we might actually enjoy.

She said she cooked it with water because that’s what she prefers? More like that’s what she had. Cooking the dish with water over stock would not enhance it in any way. Certainly not to the degree she was responding with. The lip-smacking and ‘mm hm mm hm’ I almost lost my lunch.

I’m going to say no. I did in the beginning but Becky is an enabler and does not lift a finger to try and help, and anyone with two eyes can see that amber needs help.
