YOU should care you fat mess, personal care providers aren't going to refer you to specialists for weight loss surgery, your laiyyg pain, or sleep studies for your sleep apnea without health insurance. This "I have the means booboo" shit is not going to fly with doctors who you go to for help.

Twinkie looks scared as usual. I wold be too if I were in a car with a 600 pound liability as well. It’s surprising how much stress that car of theirs has been able to handle considering the weight in the front seat is probably around 900 pounds between Al and Becky.
