"Not a father in sight" and I always wonder what the fuck they think would happen if they were there? Genuinely what? They SHOULD be there and not abandon the spawns they created. 9 times out of 10 the nigger father that'd be, is either running from the police somewhere, being a dead beat somewhere or housed in jail.

It's always one of those three.

It gets worse. California's had it bad for decades. A guy there wrote me a bad check (for $900) back in 2005. It bounced, and I ate a $50 bounced check fee (and of course didn't receive the $900 he was proffering). So I sued him in small claims. He counter-sued (and lost because his claim was utterly retarded), but I also didn't prevail in my claim because according to the magistrate, at the moment in time the jackass wrote me the bad check, he was "paying in advance" for contracted work I was doing for him, and because the amount being paid wasn't "technically due" at the moment he paid it, I somehow wasn't entitled to it, nor the punitive damages for writing the bad check.

Note that passing a bad check in California is a criminal offense as well (he was never prosecuted despite my report), and nothing in the California statute concerning civil liabilities for bad checks (fees incurred plus the checks' face value as actual damages, plus 3x the face value as punitive damages) said "oh but if it's just shits-n-grins money it doesn't count." But that's what the magistrate decided anyway. In California, if you don't owe somebody money and you write them a check, there's no penalty if it bounces because you didn't owe them the money. California is fucking retarded.

Incidentally, if you've ever actually *read* a modern business contract of any kind and you notice a strange, oddly phrased sentence stating, in effect, "any amount paid becomes due immediately upon receipt of payment," that's why. It "converts" the payment into an amount due, so that if the check bounces, in the court's retarded eyes the payment "was due" when presented, ergo the statute attaches and the penalty applies.

These are the kinds of things that destroy the average person's faith in "the justice system" and eventually leads to "unexplained weapon discharges." When you know you've been wronged, and you know your opponent and the court knows it too, and you still lose, you realize there is no justice except what you can extract yourself. It's easy to understand why so many lolcows don't take litigation seriously (observe how Alex Jones' comical billion-dollar loss by default still hasn't even really personally affected him in any measurable fashion). Courts do retarded shit all the time, never actually dispense measurable justice to genuinely injured parties, and they're just a nuisance overall. They're best used as harassment (since they never solve real problems or cure wrongs when it still matters), which is why we see so many lolsuits.

And in many cases when the father is present, he's physically or sexually abusing the sow or the kids, too.

Chrisean Rock is IMO the prime dictionary example of a nigger, just straight up sheboon negress who only cares about drinking, whoring, and attention-whoring when she's not covering whatever's left of her skin in bullshit tattoos. Even while pregnant she drank so much with her huge baby bump that there's entire collages of dozen of instances of her partying and gagging on alcohol bottles, and now lo! Her son has FAS so badly that he gets crosseyed! Does she care? No! She just uses little Junior for gibs while streaming. She infuriates me. TND needs to include her for what she did to that poor kid, but generally needs to include her anyway because she is the condensation of a steaming pile of garbage.

Even though her boyfriend was abusive and even knocked her front tooth out. She had the biggest case of stockholm syndrome and likely still do. To the point of getting his face tattooed not once not twice but THREE TIMES. First and second time on her neck and second time on her FACE. (First one got covered up) I think she has a tattoo of his face on her ass too.

forgot to mention:
- the bitch has stds but she still had Junior vaginally because she "didnt want to mess up her tattoo" by getting a c-section
- when another negress accused her of drinking while pregnant, she said "why are you lying" + "i can abort him tomorrow so its okay"
- is a whore for cheap
that kid is 3+ years old and still cant walk or talk
