The biggest problem with beating your kids is that you don't know whether you beat them too much or not enough until it's too late. Michael was obviously beaten too much. The rest of them not nearly enough because I can't even remember their names.

Well, in the days where beating your child was as normal as mowing the lawn, it's kinda hard to see if any child singer was good if they were not beaten.
Although child singers now makes me want to angrily vomit blood and bile.
So I think a savage beating would make good child singers.
