The person who tried to snipe at those workers should have used a better caliber or took some time at the range before firing a gun. To think, just a few factors and things could have change. Larger caliber, Thomas would be gone. More time at the range. No injury to Thomas but the loss of someone who did more for people than Thomas ever did.
