This has gotta be bullshit. Even if you don't have a phone plan for it, you can buy an old or cheap smartphone. You live in California. I'm pretty sure they literally hand out smartphones for free (cheap ones, I think I've heard the term "Obamaphone" before?) to poor people on welfare. You can ask 5 of your Discord e-daddies to pitch in $20 each and then buy a $100 used, older smartphone from a few generations back. I know you're probably a NEET who does nothing all day except eat lard, but there's no way you can function in the modern world without a phone anymore.
Edit: Before you correct me on how "erm ashkually it's not Discord, it's Matrix/Element, a Discord alternative". I don't care what it is, you know what I mean. Ask a few of your tranny polycule buddies that you ERP with for money. Your kind always have several other troons orbiting each other for sex.
Edit 2: It doesn't even need to be a smartphone. If you just want to record something then you can buy a dirt cheap old digital camera for like $10 or an iPod Touch. Use some of the food money you get from your parents for it. You do not sound very smart at all if you haven't considered any of these possibilities. I don't think you have DID + Autism + Gender Dysphoria + every other Gotta Catch Em All diagnosis. I think you're just legitimately a low IQ mentally challenged individual. You're somehow paying for a therapist (presumably with your family's money), so you absolutely have the means to obtain a very cheap recording device. But then you wouldn't have Internet sympathy points to cry out about if you actually tried to better your situation in any way.
