Locked he can do on his own, It's a matter of privacy.
He hasn't posted anything recently, but he has many puppets, so that number means shit. However, I wouldn't be surprised if he was subject to restrictions after his alleged arrest. I've seen farmers subject to such overtly restrictive bail conditions in BC, "thou shalt not operate any electronic device," but as his alleged offence occurred over Social Media, I don't doubt he'd be ordered to abstain.
What you should watch for is if he gets locked out of his account, and you'll see this.

Didn't someone make plans to bruteforce his Twitter? I'm kind of interested and horrified at the idea of looking at his DMs

Oh, he understands that there's jack shit that he can do about what's posted here, because he's been trying since December to do it ultimately without avail and because KF is well within its rights under the country that it's hosted in, which is the only country whose rules apply here. It's not like he can tie anyone here to any other SM unless they've deliberately chosen to reveal it. Which he could see anyway.
What's astounding to me is that JY keeps deliberately letting us know that he's here. He's trying to scare people in what is the greatest tard move ever. He talks about not being scared. But he's so scared he won't reply to even my DM asking why he's doing this.
