He doesn't have to have a new account. Anyone can lurk without signing up here. He's been hiding like a scared rabbit since Anna showed up not because he has so much "work" (he didn't before) but because she brought proof that he doesn't want to respond to. Personally, I agree with @wabbits theory of him going in as some kind of reputation manager, one that he fucked up totally when he told us here that he took over Jon's socials at his mom's behest and that Mama Yaniv had to ask him to give the keys back. He fucked up so totally that in fact Jon might have a claim over him that he feels he can't extricate himself from.
He's what, 43, and still probably lives with his relatives. And now he's quivering in 105-degree heat because some Canadian pedo and his batshit momma actually have him by the ballhairs.

Regardless of our complete breakdown in communication due to your psychopathy, autism, and overall unpleasantness would you be willing to agree that you are an absolute failure of a human being and keep on our shared path of making fun of you? Conroy's comments could actually be interpreted as "We don't need your help, we've got our own investigation going on and it's clear from talking to you that you're going to screw this up if you get involved. Just like you've screwed up everything else you've ever been involved in. You blundering fuck".
There's the bit about "I'll tell you what the law is, you can read between the lines". Which could mean "We're not going after him for child luring because of the recent Canadian Supreme Court case".
Of course that doesn't mean they're not going after him for other stuff, as @yesthatanna pointed out. See also this @SourDiesel post.
Maybe Conroy talked to him because she was part of the investigation but quickly realised
1) He had no new evidence because the FB data he had got from Yaniv had already had incriminating conversations deleted.
2) Even if they hadn't been sanitied the RCMP need very specific evidence to prosecute, not merely evidence of child luring which they'll get via the US/Canada Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty anyway.
2) He was a fucking sped who'll ruin everything if he keeps poking around and is too stupid to read between the lines and work out exactly what kind of evidence they need.
If the RCMP are waiting on an MLAT request it will take time. However it will include information Yaniv or Gordon have deleted from Yaniv's Facebook account. It will also have an intact chain of custody, something Gordon's data doesn't have, because either he or Yaniv could have screwed around with it.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that what the RCMP want is for someone to say 'Yaniv sent indecent/obscene materials to a child' to this account on this date and on this social media platform. At which point they can use MLAT to get evidence with a clear chain of custody and nail his ass.
Still MLAT is not a fast process, so maybe we're being a bit hard of them for it taking so long. We also don't know if they know the 'to this account on this date and on this social media platform' part either.

Ok, just cleaned up this thread and saw some stuff here. If you have a problem with another user, take it to PM's, no one cares about the bad-blood you have with another user. It's autistic as hell, we're here to laugh at Yaniv and other assorted players in this shitshow. Also a reminder, we are not here to get Yaniv arrested, we are here to point, laugh and archive content. Let's try to cut the shit, I can understand that this is a cow where it's easy to get emotionally invested and I can see why some of you would want to do something about it but this is not the place.
I think @SourDiesel's post about the law was somewhat relevant so it's staying but any further law sperging, we have a thread for it here as @SeeingRad wisely pointed out so if you feel inclined to continue the conversation about laws, please do it there.
