Well, considering he's now not going to be spending any money on rent or food (he'll be stealing food from their fridge), they're basically just paying for him to get shitty tattoos. They might as well just directly donate their paychecks to the sketchy tattoo guy vandalizing Phil's skin every few days.
I think he'll last about until one of them works up the small amount of balls required to ask him when he intends to contribute toward rent. Then he'll try to punch someone, at least if either of the two of them are less intimidating than his disabled mom.

I don't know how residency works in California, but if you let someone stay with you two days here, they're legally a resident in your home, and you have to go through eviction proceedings to get rid of them if they turn out to be an asshole. I'm sure Phil is aware of these laws, because he's a flat-out master at overstaying his welcome.

Nah I don't spend a lot of time in Hillsboro where they are. They're also housed, and much older than me and whenever I'm social I go to places for homeless or at risk youth. I go to a trans support group, but it's for trans men.
