Why I don't think Yaniv was actually molested:
-It is a common abuse tactic to claim "I was abused so that's why I'm like this" as described in Lundy Bancroft's
Why Does He Do That? The vast majority of rapists and pedophiles claiming to be CSA survivors are in fact lying.
-It is, however, normal for
CHILDREN to act out sexual abuse on other children as a way of trying to process what happened to them, and COSCA is becoming increasingly common (particularly with easy access to pornography on the internet and kids wanting to emulate what they see, but that's unrelated). But... JY is not a child, and was fully aware of what was being said to underage girls at the time of saying them.
-The timing is extremely convenient. There is a chance that JY is telling the truth, but it's not likely, as this was only conveniently brought foward after JY's predatory history to light. Again, it's a common abuse tactic to suddenly claim to have experience abuse yourself when you are being confronted with your behaviors, and predators tend to claim to have experience abuse either as a way of excusing their actions, or as a way to garner sympathy and distract from their actions.
I do refuse to rule out JY being abused completely, since it's not like no predator has ever been assaulted.
Tl;Dr Yaniv deserves the death penalty for being a piece of shit pedophile, and for trying to appropriate the experiences of CSA survivors to excuse and/or distract from disgusting behavior.
(Edited to remove my personal experiences with childhood sexual assault, because that shits personal, but basically predators can be CSA survivors, but if they are not children themselves it is not likely related).

Gettin yer vag sown up is called a vaginectomy and they only do it if ya have some kind of collapse or you're FTM with at least 2 letters of reccomendations and having took testosterone for at least a year. or sometimes on intersex infant girls if they think the clit is too big and she would be better off raised as male, but that's not as common as just opting to mutilate the clitoris instead.
