No way she ate those onion blocks, she can force herself to swallow raw beans and mushy, cold sausage but there is physically no way she ate those onions.

She is also getting those Hungry Fat Chick arms and wtf is string cheese.

String cheese is an individually wrapped cheese stick, typically mozzarella. You pull it apart and it comes off in strands. It's for a snack. They have a good amount of protein for what they are, but AL does not need them. At all.
 
There are so many things wrong in this video, I can't even list them all.
To give an insight though, her cutting technique is giving me an aneurysm.
Also the way the pot is only half on the heated "plate" triggers me, such a waste of energy.
 
She left the root of the onion on, wiped her chickeny hands on a kitchen towel without washing before stirring up the food.
 
To be fair, I am like 99.9% positive those chicken sausages are already cooked. So it's not like she was cutting up raw chicken or wiping raw chicken juices on a reusable towel, though I'm sure there's still a listeria risk or whatever.
 
How many more Elllle-Beeeze until she's no longer able to make these abominations?

There has to be a point where her mobility (or lack thereof) would prevent her.

What is with this generation that makes them think everything they have to say is interesting and valuable enough to share with the world?

Amber, I doubt you knew what NEWS stood for. TBH, I'm sure I learned that in school at some point, but I forgot because it doesn't matter.

It takes about 1 ENTIRE MONTH for Effexor to accumulate enough in your system to start effecting you in the way it's supposed to. I sincerely doubt you'd be feeling any noticeable effects within two days. Also, if you stop taking it cold-turkey, you'll be sick as fuck, so don't forget to refill that prescription.

Wow...so the only content worth watching was the last three minutes. So glad I watch with adblock.
 
The only thing more grotesque than her cooking is her breathing, holy fucking shit dude. Y'all think she sounds like Kirsten from My 600 lb Life when she actually has to do something mildly strenuous?

Every time she says "naturally" instead of normally, my hatred for Fatty McFatFat grows. That's the one Amberism that actually manages to piss me off. It's quite fascinating how incapable of speaking her native language she is.

Isn't this the same day they went to Texas Roadhouse? Who needs a hot cooked meal, not once, but twice in one day. Add to that her snack, and her possible binge - she's looking at 5K calories. I can't keep track, but didn't she need a #1 at Sonic too?
 
lol "Water is better than using oil, and salami has too much calories," but going out to Sonic, Texas Roadhouse, and Chinese buffet all in one day is A-OK.
 
I just noticed the giant container of supplements (protein powder?) in the left corner. Kinda reminded me of the scene in My 600-lb Life where the fat guy is worried about getting malnourished.

 
It's almost like she's honestly scared to lose significant weight. We know she's been obese/morbidly obese her whole life, so she probably thinks its a feature that defines who she is, so she clings to her fatness. Also, she'd have to take accountability for being a lazy jobless slob once she's down to a functioning weight. She does all these failed weight loss kicks because she knows that's what she should be doing. Not what she actually wants to do.

On that note. I'm getting tired of her pretending to be healthy and failing miserably. It's entertaining to a point, but idk. I'd rather her admit she doesn't care about her weight or health and just go whole hog at buffets in vlogs. For instance, we all know she ate the whole package of sausages. The "eddy-mommy" was thrown on top to hide the sausage mound. Why not just own up?

Also what was with that weird ending? Does Becky not understand her medications? Did the doctor or pharmacist not explain it? To also add to this, AL's really hammering in on that BP situation in kind of a mocking way. Maybe it's just me that took it that way, but geez lay off it.
