As soon as that happens and he sees Phil, toren will demand Phil run to the store to buy booze or demand the bottle of whatever painkillers Phil gets (hopefully tramadol, if he tries to take too many, he'll have a opioid induced seizure), and if Phil says no, then he'll be on the way back to OSHU because toren will probably cuntpunch him.
