No it wasn't. It was a continuation of a thread another member made because they were afraid this forum would get shut down back and invited all the members they liked on, and then I made a second one when the other one was locked. No one cares about HHH negrating them, there was even some talk about adding him on but we didn't since we knew it'd probably start a fight over differing political opinions. It didn't even turn glowy, just more Rubicon talk that has been said plenty on here.

In 1960 the new state of Hawaii had a dispute over the results and sent two sets of electors. When it turned out that Kennedy had won, VP Richard Nixon selected JFK slate of electors. If there had been only Nixon electors this would not have been possible.

So if a state is disputed it behooves the party disputing it to send their own slate of electors just in case the dispute works out in their favor.

This is some reverse Q-anon shit. How does not getting the cases heard in court possibly help with convincing the GOP to make a riskier move. If he had won his court cases but wasn't offered sufficient remedy it would be so much easier for the GOP to make a stink in congress.

As things stand I am very doubtful they will.

It wasn't clear to me why they filed their cases in such a shitty manner every time without fail until now. This is far less risky than court. Dems know it too, hence why they were having police block the GOP electors from entering the building.
