Autistan is his happy place, but he is a very unpleasant human being, so his idea of a happy place is very different from the norm. He’s a bully who enjoys making other people suffer, but only if they can’t fight back, so this allows him to do that.

Also it has a lot of street signs, because :autism::autism::autism:.

I think the country's shittiness is some autistic attempt at realism. Like when you tell a kid their OC is a Mary Sue so they slap a few random weaknesses on to make it 'better'.
