Oh he's dumb enough that he thinks he can scam his scammers. Is there a scam so obviously retarded he won't fall for it?
If it even exists it's probably just gutter oil anyway, not that a dumpster-diving bum like Tom could tell the difference.$8 / l for actual-provenance-free “olive oil” delivered in a jerry can?
Why doesn't Abdul sell his olive oil at the giant open air bazaars that operate all over Gaza? No, no, I'm being dumb again. It makes much more economical sense to ship it halfway across the world.I swear, this motherfucker could be scammed by Pinocchio. I bet the scammers pass his details around, all like, “Yeah, this guy’s good for a few hundo. He’s really senile and super-racist, so just act like a naive foreigner in need.”
Questions I pose to @Miss Tommie Jayne Wasserberg in his own interests:
1. Who is “Abdul” and what qualifies him for this? Have you ever met him in person?
2. How do you know there is olive oil or indeed anything in that can?
3. What do you know about the conditions of manufacture of that oil, and the olives it’s made from? Have you visited the farm or the factory? Could you?
4. How much do you know about olive oil in general? The cooking ingredients industry is a big one, and you’d be up against major players. Not to mention the liability if the product made anyone sick, or was not as described.
5. I note that there are at least a couple of potential pitfalls in actually getting this oil to the USA. What do you think the chances are that these will require you to make several payments to shady parties before you even see any oil? Is it possible that Abdul, in fact, has no oil and is just screwing you out of your money?
Tom is literally a mental retard. It's probably become worse from brain damage from anoxia thanks to the COPD he's dying of.What? How does any of this make sense? It doesn’t. Even Chris wouldn’t fall for this.
I thought this as well. We are fools to assume it would take something complicated to trick Tom.Reading the title, I thought someone convinced Tom to buy an oil well or something. This is far stupider.
Tom's quite possibly the dumbest cow for one reason; he'll fall for any scam that treats him like he's a big serious business man. If it strokes his ego right he'll nod his head until he realizes he's the mark, not the profiteer. Then out of shame and an inability to admit fault he simply makes up a delusion for how it fell apart. The last time they were "CIA agents" or some such nonsense. What? How does any of this make sense? It doesn’t. Even Chris wouldn’t fall for this.
"The bedbugs are just extra protein. Don't you know indigenous people everywhere eat insects!" -Tom probablyI know if I was a restaurateur I would totally buy some "genuine gaza olive oil" from some toothless smelly man in a dress.
