I think what gets me about this most, is the hypocrisy. These are the same spergs who called for the cancelling of Colin Kappernick, who repeatedly howled down BLM and other peaceful protests (MN happenings aside). And now because they're too obsessed with muh freedoms, are gonna cause thousands and thousand of dollars worth of damage if anyone follows through on this transparent honey pot.
There's a reason why a common theme on this thread is the horseshoe theory. It reminds me of some tweet from last summer which said that "right-wingers will not act like this" in response to the more chaotic happenings during the Floyd protests. And I bet that the same person who tweeted that was probably silent, at best, during January 6th.
It's like how some of them probably laughed at all the blue checkmarks screaming that Trump's 2016 win is illegitimate due to "Russia hacking the election" or whatever, yet are screaming that Biden's 2020 win is illegitimate due to mail-in ballets or whatever.
It's kinda sad that politics have degenerated to this point. But it's not surprising, as many of us remember back when some fundie pastors were sperging about how the gays will lead to the demise of America or decency or whatever, despite a lot of them ending up in gay scandals.
Makes me think about all of the faggots from A&H doing basically the same thing, but for troons or black people or Jews or whatever. Just look at what happened to Kornula. And, of course, far-left faggots does the same shit too, but for cis, straight, white males, despite some of them being the exact thing they preach against, a cis, straight, white male.
How about all the companies and politicians and famous people screaming about "inclusivity" and "pride", like Activision (being one of the companies pulling all of the shit companies pandering to the woke left likes to do) or Andrew Cuomo (look up his "Enough is Enough" campaign from 2015) or Leslie Moonves (who praised the Me Too movement, even became a founding member of the "Commission on Sexual Harassment and Advancing Equality in the Workplace"), before being caught doing the exact same shit they were preaching against? I could go on, but this post is long enough.
Freud would probably have a huge hard-on with the amount of projection that has infested modern day politics.
