the money is coming from tammy. and i can imagine jr will use his 7/11 money to pay for his and tammy jr's own room

although i do wonder how tammy manages to be financially successful. like who exactly is hiring tammy or "TJ Services" to manage their books? is she also selling insurance too? remember a while back both tammy and jack got their licenses to sell insurance and it seems like at least for jack, it was just another failed venture. much like his plan to narrate audiobooks
