This combined with the eviction moratorium ending is gonna get interesting. I haven't been monitoring that situation, have people started getting evicted in mass yet?

Eviction is very slow and requires court orders. You'll start seeing the effects in 2 or 3 months. It's hard to get cops to cooperate with an eviction in the best of times, so I'm wondering if there will be mass non-compliance.

Most people are pussies and just walk after they get the order though.

We probably won't see everything happen all at once. A lot of states are enacting their own moratoriums, with various end dates. On top of that a lot of states in the North has preexisting laws barring evictions in the Winter/Fall due to the weather. Evictions will build up slowly, in spurts and dribbles.

So sadly there probably won't be a Day of The Lockout, complete with a flood of commie tears.

That being said, if we get another 9/11 type of event that originates in Afghanistan and the Taliban once again refuses to hand over those responsible, I think there’s little to no chance that we wouldn’t put boots back on the ground.
