Most actual lesbians are physically and often mentally repugnant, which is why they munch carpet to begin with. The few non-repugnant lesbians I know and used to know still fucked men casually but would date women seriously. The saying “lesbians love dick but hate men” keeps getting proven correct.

lol guys could you make it more painfully clear that you've met precious few actual lesbians irl. Of course there are straights and bisexuals who try to claim polilez out of grievance against men, but nobody likes political lesbians and all but the most hardcore 1980s-style radfems disavow them. Believe it or not, there do exist women — healthy, rational, productive women — who, by some quirk of nature, are only into other women. Actual lesbians by that definition rarely give enough of a fuck about men to hate them. It's to the point where if I meet a young American "lesbian" who gets spitting mad about men, I just assume she's actually bisexual. And I haven't been proven wrong yet.

(No beef with bisexuals who are straight up about being bisexual. Just the ones who claim lesbian when they aren't.)

If you can't tell the difference between lesbians and "lesbians," then I guess it doesn't make a difference to you. But some of us have had to finely calibrate our radars for that kind of thing, and yes, there is a difference, though it may be — like the difference between Bombyx mori and Bombyx mandarina — irrelevant to your lives.

Let's not forget the rampant domestic violence, which they often enjoy acting out in public. Relationships between gay men don't last becausae of promiscuity, Lesbian relationship break down just out of general dysfunction.

In a way the violence and chaotic lifestyles is something they share with Trannies.

I think it's true, actually, that men as a category "don't care about lesbians," but anyone who translates that into "lesbians aren't harassed by men" is suffering from typical mind fallacy and an inability to consider the individual. Most men are thankfully fine and normal. Some men — enough men to put thorns in our sides — take a polite "no thanks, I'm lesbian" as a challenge to wear down into a yes. This is half because they've known women who called themselves lesbian but weren't (fuck them), and half because they have a hard time taking any woman's expression of her own desire seriously.

Perhaps you wouldn't do that. (Or perhaps you would to a woman you liked — not a dastardly buzzcut-and-overalls Lesbian, you know, just a woman.) But there are billions of men out there, and not all of them hew to your individual desires and codes of behavior.
