I'm currently watching The Legend of Korra again, and I didn't realize that Dobson was drawing the characters THAT far off-model in all of his pictures. Wow.

Just watched S3E13. Where Korra gest her wheelchair and PTSD .
And I just recall Dobby drew her racing in the wheelchair with Asami, when in the cartoon she looks depressed enough to go full catatonic and stop talking and eating. IT just hit me just how out of character the wheelchair race picture is.

Ah. I've only watched the first 2 seasons so far.
Regarding your description of a season 3 episode, I don't understand why Dobson would do something so out-of-place after a sobering scene.
Then again, he doesn't really care about context.

He does thing getting water sprayed gives PTSD, so I doubt he really knows how bad it can get, and Korra had it very bad.
Even to an autist like me it was apparent that the character is in terrible emotional distress, the only way he could have missed it if he was staring at Korra's tits again all the time.

Dobson has always struck me as being atheist in the same way Tumblrites and edgy teenagers are atheists- they just have a hate-boner for Christianity and that's pretty much it.

Dawkins quoted some crazy-ass conspiracy theory shit from Breitbart.com. Honestly, it was shameful for a distinguished university professor to be so credulous.
I think that a lot of Dawkins's earlier work is important and influential, but lately he's been like Abe Simpson yelling at clouds. The "mild pedophilia" nonsense from a couple of years ago was bad enough.
