Nothing will likely come of this, revenge pornography is still incredibly hard to prove, but it is telling that the prosecution has resumed the prosecuting of the charge. Maybe they have new testimony from Faith or something, I'm not sure. But for some reason or another they've decided that the charge is worth bringing.

God, we can only hope that Ethan and Chris will share a cell. Optimistic as hell, but I don't think I would ever stop laughing if that happened.
 
It would be very very funny to see The Gunt back in jail, if only for a few months. Although I guess he has some plausible deniability, do prosecutors ever subpoena IG for IP addresses in these cases? Or is it not that significant of a crime?

His arraignment was held 13 August 2021, his next court date is 10 September.

And that's the Richmond Juvenile Court in the Oliver Hill Courts Building. Maybe they're sluggish updating and maybe it's that as a sex-related case it isn't listed online.

So he's got this, and his civil suit with Vickers, and yet he's still claiming he's going to sue the Farms? I guess he thinks blowing all his money on lawyers is a good flex or something.

JDR cases aren't listed online because they deal with family disputes and minors. It was the same thing previously, when the case was transferred from the district court to the JDR court. You can call, however, and confirm it that way. Since neither party is a child they'll update you on the disposition and what-not. It's how I was able to find out the case wasn't dismissed like he claimed originally, but rather was nolle prosequi'd.
 
So Ralph's court date on the 10th and Chris on the 16th.

September is going to be a bountiful harvest indeed. 🌽 🌽 🌽

Both in the state of Virginia too. It's like some sort of lolcow nexus of autism.
