Yeah... I doubt these people represent reality. Even the most TDS sufferer I know hasn't tried to defend Biden or blame Trump. He probably realizes by now he sold whatever passes for a soul in his NPC heart to vote for Biden. And oh dear God was he simping for Biden.
Biden is dead in the water. No political capital. His health is failing. His allies abandoning him. Biden is the most powerful man in the world and completely helpless. He gets through this crisis he will be a broken man. Kinda worried he'll take after the Mad King Aerys by that point.

From what I've heard, the current plan is for Congress to pass the $3.5 trillion infrastructure bill so that both are implemented and sent to Biden's desk. That would explain the escalating pressure the Democrats are putting on the moderates in Congress. I think that the Infrastructure bill(s) getting derailed/dying would be the end of the Biden administration in everything but name.

It most definitely won't go anywhere but I fully expect this sort of thing to be normal now that the Democrats tried it against Orange Man. Any major crisis or fuckup is going to be grounds for a removal attempt.
