Yep. You use a 50/50 mix of it and a steroid skin cream on the (freshly cleaned) areas of infected intertrigo. The ketoconazole should clear Malassezia infection but the thrush cream will clear out Candida infection. The steroid is just to help the broken skin heal.

(I cared for older relatives for a while. I picked up some information)

Edit: A useful tip for skin irritations, especially if diaper rash is a thing, is to look at the inflamed area and if it has a darker/stronger red edge to it - like a noticeable 'ring' effect round the edges of the inflammation - that means there's very probably a fungal component to the irritation, so get some thrush cream on that instead of just your standard diaper cream to clear it up.
