The interesting thing about “emotional support animals”, at least in the US, is that they aren’t covered under ADA, which means you can tell them to get the fuck out.
Regarding actual service animals, know your rights in both sides; if someone brings one in, you are allowed to ask if it is a service animal and, more importantly, what tasks it is trained to perform. Those are the only two questions you may legally ask or be asked outright.
However, if the animal in question is being actively disruptive such as evacuating in the store or bark/making aggressive moves towards other customers, the. You may offer them the service of your business provided they remove the animal.
I love my dog, but I would never lie about medical necessity to take him into a store. Lying about that stuff is a federal crime and a major moral failing, and people who do so should be forced to be dragged around by a leash themselves.

Do they think this is a Yugioh duel or something? As long as your total point value is high enough, you'll be able to fight back effectively?
