Well, he's already sung Goodbye Horses: maybe he could give us his rendition of Crawling In My Skin? And then hopefully move on to a genuine Goth classic or two, like Dominion/Mother Russia. No wait, I love that song.

He would speedrun getting impeached since he probably has no fucking clue of the actual powers and duties of the U.S. President and would abuse them in literal minutes. Also there's the issue of being supported by literally nobody in Congress and the Senate!
Either that or he becomes a mix of Carter and Wilson by doing nothing but sit on his ass watching movies all day and having someone else do the job in his stead due to medical reasons!
