Anisa is so, so high on the ecstasy of doing something new and crazy to herself. She always ends up crashing, feeling really insecure, getting defensive about it to others, then moving on to something else to try and get that high again.

Reminds me of way, way back in the day when she cut her hair into the infamous coconut head bob. She got jealous because /pt/ was speculating that Ian was attracted to some cute chick with a stylish K-pop style bob because he was following her on Twitter. She hyped it up, livestreamed the haircut (it was really cringey because she kept making bad jokes about her dogs penis to the hairdresser in an attempt to show that she and Ian had a similar sense of humor and prove they were a good couple), was high on it for like five minutes, then really crashed and regretted it so bad. She knew it didn't suit her at all, did a miserable stream with the hair carelessly scraped up and no makeup on because she hated how she looked, and to cheer herself up, she called good ole Chris Ray Gun, talked trash because she was mad that he was dating Laci Green, and talked about sex and relationships with him. Good girlfriend behavior. She made a show of running out to get extensions, realizing that she could only look good with long hair, but couldn't bother to keep up with the extensions because she's too lazy, and gave up, but her hair only grew out to her shoulders.

This whole buzzcut thing is classic Anisa behavior.

I personally do not think that she looks good, but I will say that at least now she won't keep styling her hair into that greasy, painful looking rats nest updo she's been rocking for awhile, with those gross strings of hair hanging in her face.

Pre buzzcut gen4 anisa always showed that personality. The shitty gaudy tattoos, bad lip filler, implants, and her occupations took care of that several times over.

The bald head makes her look extra trashy and unhinged.

She just doesn't have the skull or body to pull that off. It accentuates her giant odd shaped head and chubby face, as well as makes her bad lip filler pop.
 
Some women do look good with shaved heads, but if your face is round/oval and your features are soft then the skull dome just makes you look like a moldy peanut. No amount of head tattoos is going to change that. Though, if she does regret those head tattoos, covering them up is as simple as growing her hair back out.
