As far as anyone can tell Sammie unintentionally sterilized herself after her three real pregnancies (the last of which ended in her one real miscarriage). I would think if that werent the case she'd probably have popped out 6+ kids at least by now.
It's been discussed a lot previously ITT and in threads like tard baby general, but women like Sammie are sadly common in poor communities in the US and act the way they do because they've been lead to believe popping out babies is the only thing they exist to do. They also try to use pregnancy to trap men with them, and view kids as something that will love them no matter what. And of course fundies, which are still common in these regions, doing shit like opening CPCs (which outnumber actual health clinics like PP) and doing other shit to manipulate women into carrying unplanned pregnancies despite being unable to care for kids doesn't help either.
Plus in poor rural areas tards are less likely to get the services and interventions they need, and tard creating factors like maternal substance abuse and chronic malnutrition are more common.
Sammie is a terrible person, but compared to a lot of thread subjects who make a big stink about supposedly being marginalized, she is legitimately marginalized as are most people in the Sammieverse.
