christ, makes me wonder just how much a nuisance he is that he legitimately deleted his Telegram and Discord. He'll be back absolutely since IIRC Discord has a grace period whenever you delete your Discord account of 14 days. I am not sure about Telegram however, but Lou shouldn't worry too much since his Telegram account is permanently tied to his number.

He'd already quit Discord several times and every time it turned out to be bullshit. So he either didn't quit or is going to be back real soon.

It seems like a strange oversight that Lou doesn't have a Patreon.
He keeps reminding people that he's never done begging. "Thanks for the donations, but there's no end state; I'll be back in two weeks." Surely he could figure out who his repeat donators are, convince them to subscribe and hope they forget about their subscription for a few years.
Lou doesn't do anything creative, not even "coloring" any more, but e.g. SGG lives off a Patreon for the "journalism" that he hasn't updated in years. Lou has furries and troons to beg from.
Maybe having his monthly income amount displayed so obviously is a turn-off, or it wouldn't allow him to change his name as often as he likes.
One of his tier rewards could be letting the donator choose his name/species for a week.

Discord and Twitter have grace periods, however, Telegram will delete your account on the spot. I'm personally of the mindset that if he really did delete his telegram, he immediately made a new one to sneak back into places he's been banned from, much like he's done a few times on Twitter.

IIRC you can disable viewing of this number, but Lou probably thinks hidden subscriber payments=bad person so Lou only has a "subscriber-tier" Patreon and not a creator-tier Patreon.

I thought the druggie brother was the older son, but I realize now that I just assumed that because of Lou's failure to launch.
"Almost died" could mean anything. "Had another overdose" seems blasé for a drug addict's parent, but then again, this family. It'd fit for a histrionic version of "claimed to be having an insulin reaction and ate a bunch of candy," too.
If Lou's brother dies, does Lou get his iPad back?

That is certainly reminiscent of the farm's logo. My conspiracy senses are just going off that Courst is directly jabbing at Lou and making better takes on his fursona all while also hinting at the farms.

Its notable to me she said he was almost "killed" which makes it sound like something was actively done to him by another person, as opposed to calling it died as you would for something like diabetes.

The prize for tolerably-controlled diabetes is to have to work for a living, because you're not disabled. It takes years of self-neglect to end up with a disability from diabetes, but Lou wants it now. He envies the life of an idle king sitting on his dialysis throne, taking medical transport place to place, having his retinopathy to protect him from the ugly faces of the peasants.
By Lou's rationale, people with hypertension are disabled: if they don't bother to control their blood pressure, they'll have a stroke and likely lose mobility.
Also by Lou's rationale, people with cars are disabled: if they don't steer the car, they'll crash into something and become injured.
Pretty deep, really.

Louie is definitely Mama Gags' son. They're users who only see people for how they can take advantage of them, whether that be as bottomless piggy banks, or as an always available ear to bitch into. I'm sure that Denise expected their friend to sympathetically listen to all her problems, then expected them to be available to either fix those problems or do/give something to "cheer up" Denise. They're such horrible, trashy people. No one will stay someone's friend for long when that someone is always taking and taking, giving nothing positive in return. I'm sure if some friend of Mama Gags called her up to vent that Denise would tell them to fuck off because she's "got her own problems in life".
Just a friendly reminder that Louie has no one else but himself to blame for his health problems. Several people warned him to go to the doctor and have that Diabetic Ulcer looked at, and he shit all over them for "concern trolling". Now he gets to live with the consequences of his decisions.
