So are the surgeons lying or is Yaniv? The repurposed penis-head "clitoris" necrotizing is extremely common. The tissue died because it wasn't getting blood supply. There used to be dozens of pix of this happening posted to /neovaginadisasters. It is also extremely common for phalloplasty to go necrotic and fall off.
