I take legal issues very seriously and I have the benefit of multiple people who are practicing attorneys to bounce questions off of at the moment.
Even from a very, very generous stance: what is the crime? There's no harassment in that thread. I've never contacted Byuu before. I didn't perpetrate anything against him. I cannot name a single, applicable federal crime - even on the very generous assumption this person hurt himself. State laws don't apply because neither of us are in a US territory.
Civil issues are different because a civil issue doesn't require a prosecutor to press charges. So assume he is actually dead, his successors could sue for wrongful death. If he's not, he could try IIED like Melinda. There's a fair chance that those both come under Section 230 protection. Regardless, I would immediately counterclaim for extortion. I could do that now, and I haven't ruled it out, because I don't even know who Byuu is. Nobody does.

This site has been down way longer before and came right back up. This was just a minor annoyance cause by MATI Twitter trannies.
