If you're diabetic, on insulin, haven't eaten all day (doubt in this case), and feel faint, you're probably hypoglycemic you retard. Eat something. Insulin alone won't make you feel any different, low blood sugar will. But I'm almost certain he's lying, because when you're hypoglycemic you don't have the strength/energy to whine on camera about it. All you want to do is stuff your face.

Also as fat as he is, if he's now on insulin his resistance is probably pretty high - plus we know he eats a lot of sugar, which makes it harder for insulin - which means he would need a lot of it to lower his sugar even a little bit. I wonder what his A1C (measure of average blood sugar over 2-3 months) is. I'd bet it's a 10-12 which is uncontrolled diabetes.

They don't put you on insulin unless they have to. For him to be on it this young is bad news. (I was on it for a while because metformin tried to literally kill me, but that obviously isn't the case here, bc we would know)

I can hardly believe that even unethical doctors would give a stink ditch to someone with uncontrolled diabetes given that it's an open wound that you don't want to heal and is prone to necrosis, hypergranulation, and other seriously nasty complications - like "clits" yeeting themselves into orbit. I'm really enjoying the schadenlolz here, couldn't happen to a better, more deserving person, but it's so unethical of these butchers to play Frankenstein with sick people like this.

Not to be #actually here but if you saw the show, Jazz actively neglected the standard medical upkeep you're supposed to do, to the point where Jazz's mother would wake them up in the middle of the night and demand they put the dilater in their vagina.

There is no standard of care. SRS is not governed by any board. There is no certification for the procedure. The only doctors that do it are quack plastic surgeons and none of them have actual training in surgery of the organs they are working on. As I pointed out in the SRS horror show thread, these procedures should be handled either by gynecological or urology surgeons. But NEITHER profession will touch this with a ten foot pole. Only the quacks that spend their days shoving botox into the face and silicon into the boobs do it. With zero training or specialization in the organs they are cutting into.

FFS, 99% of the time men use their dicks to expel waste. The last thing you want is someone not familiar with your excretion system to be cutting into that. Its no wonder so many of these procedures fail.

Oh dear. I don't see any way an insulin dependent Yaniv ends well. Yaniv obsessively auto-medicates and has no impulse control. His entire approach to things is seemingly "more must be better!" And unlike many of our Deathfats, while fat, he just doesn't have the shear degree of body mass needed to absorb too much insulin all at once.
