The surfing cat is on the right upper arm just above the elbow. In the picture you can see the snake skull and top of the butterfly's wing to the right, the claw holding the heart to the left, and a hint of the spiderweb below it.
Also the blue jaguar with the snake is on the left calf, not the left forearm - you can see it in the tattoo tour video in this post.

Is Anisa's hair thin or is it actually thinning? It's hard for me to tell when most ethots i notice use wigs or other things that prevent you from ever seeing any scalp/part at all. Maybe she is balding and that's why she's been so fixated on shaving her head.
ETA: Does she really think her ex is trying to be supportive by saying shave your head? 95% chance he's said it to watch her fuck up her life/appearance even more, 4% for the lulz and 1% chance that he just still wants to fuck her and that's his way of staying relevant to her.

Anisa is losing hair, and has been for a while. Once you actually notice the hairloss, that means you've already been losing hair, you just weren't able to see the damage.
It could be due to her surgery (Post-surgery hair loss is a thing: According to the American Skin Association, hair loss after a major stressful event of this nature is most likely to occur within 3 to 6 months.), or it could be genetic (she's at that age where hairloss becomes bad enough to finally notice, especially if you have years of poor diet and lifestyle), or it could be the breast implants themselves that is causing it (Those who agree that Breast Implant Illness is a thing agree that hairloss is a common symptom).
Whatever the reason, her hair is thinning at her temples and crown areas. If you go back to photos from even a year ago, you her hair was thicker and you couldn't see as much scalp as you can today. Her hairline is also receding; compare the 2021 top of her hairline VS 2020:

She may want to shave her hair off because she's tired of trying to find ways to cover the thinning areas, especially as she runs out of hair to use as cover up. I don't blame her, but shaving it won't help her any. She likely doesn't have a nice head shape (most people don't realize that they have lumpy, weird shaped heads until they are bald), so whatever she thinks she will look like won't match reality. And it still won't address the underlying cause of whatever is making her lose hair.
If Anisa was smart, she would get some blood tests done, make sure she's not lacking any vitamins, then clean up her diet. Then, she should really stop the tattoos not just because they're ugly af, but because they're likely stressing her immune system out and making her lose hair even faster. Further, she should consider hair treatments; there are topicals out there, and these days they also have other treatments, like PRP shots, laser treatments, and microneedling, all which have good results if you start it soon enough before the hair follicle dies.
