We have had literal ambush and assassinations - remember that Proud Boy who got followed, killed and some people in a car came up to run interference before speeding off? All coordinated. We've had planned firebombing of police cars. Do you remember that breakdown - I think by Officer Tatum - showing the different people on video working to do different stages of the operation? We've had children shot. We've had people dragged from their cars and kicked unconscious. We had three people try to murder someone on camera. Any of these things are entirely enough to make a "Capitol" moment as it was put. I mean look how much mileage the media got out of a violent criminal dying of a drug overdose because an officer used a knee-on-neck restraint position. That ought to have been not remotely newsworthy but now you literally have people performing baptisms at the place he died. I wont say it doesn't matter how big it is at all, but point is if they can control what people talk about, they don't need to spin it. How do you spin Hunter Biden engaging in blatant and undisguised money laundering and peddling of influence? You don't - you just drop it from the media. If they don't want you talking about "20 deaths," they'll just wont run stories on it. And if need be, they'll come up with some other big story to distract from it at the same time.

Mass media has been shown to be not that great at controlling what people think, but excellent at controlling what people think about. They don't need to spin. They just need to memory-hole it. That's why if you want to change things, the key requirement is to break the stranglehold the MSM has on how many people get their information. Get them new sources of reliable information.

I do remember all those incidents, but they occurred over a stretch of time. Sure you can memory hole a 50 deaths that occur over several weeks, but you can't memoryhole 20 murders that happen in one night. Look at what happened with CHAZ, it was effectively dismantled after a week where five murders happened that were too high profile to cover up effectively and they were forced to shut it down.

It's probably why they're being so quiet right now, they know that eyes are on them and all it takes is a guy streaming a shopkeeper getting lynched on their phone to completely destroy their peaceful narrative. They people in charge probably have stand down orders on high to make sure nothing crazy happens.

The people in charge cannot control their underlings, at least not well enough to ensure crazy shit not happening. These are not people that can be controlled. They gravitated to this shit in the first place because they're unstable, bloodthirsty and destructive. Their handlers/leaders recognize this and when there's any kind of organization it's just a matter of directing the carnage in particular directions, not leashing it or otherwise restraining it. I also don't think any authorities extant really have the ability to put a stop to the worst of it without going full crackdown, or at least they won't attempt to until it gets bad enough that they can justify incredibly harsh shit that will be leveraged against EVERYONE. Those boogeymen need to be doing their thing for these authorities to get the pretext they want for the crackdown, so there's neither a real ability to restrain it/tamp down on it without going ham nor is there a desire.

As chaotic as this all looks, I'm fairly convinced it's very much engineered.

Some clarification needed is that according to the police chief, Chris Davis, the 50 officers only resigned from the position of the Rapid Response Team; they're still employed at the Portland Police Bureau. He says that they'll try to do the best they can for the community, but only time will tell as to what happens from here.

I mean, you can give someone a gash with that yeah, but holding the barrel and striking with the mag plate gives you a "hammer" effect with the weight of the ammo in the mag being leveraged better.

You're likely to break off the bottom plate since most slide off to the rear, which is where your momentum would be going. If that happens, you'll be holding a really expensive single shot pistol.
