So, here we go again.... Just a little over 24 hours since being 'rescued', Phil is threatening to kill himself again (and 'cuttng'... er.... scratching) himself again.

So where are his rescuers/protectors? Are they just sitting around while he's doing this shit, or have they kicked him out already?

Also, is it just me, or does this look like his ass?

Ever the eternal optimist, aren't we Phil?
It's impressive how important he thinks he is to everyone. Like, homeless people vanish all the time, and often it's not even reported, to say nothing of trying to convince the police to investigate. It's one of the reasons that it's so important to try and get people off the streets.
It really does cement him as just a different version of OPL. He really does believe that the world would stop turning if anything ever happened to him, and he's willing to try to hold himself hostage because of that belief.
