I hate any gay or black slang that entered the public consciousness. But a more specific thing, I hate the word "Latinx". It was annoying when it was just fags on the internet, but I only got pissed when it was quickly adopted as an official term.

"Coomer" seems to be getting overused - it seems much of the time to be based on the the "special" idea that all sex and sexuality is "immature" and inherently "dirty". Such thinking seems to be a from the No Fun Allowed types of Christianity like monasticism, that look down on sex as "a dirty lust of the flesh".

The term is completely ironic.
I'm not going to dive down that whole military-industrial-complex and it's financial underpinnings rabbit hole.
Some racial/gender inequities are imaginary, some are very real. But, being a genuine warrior for social justice does not mean you have actually "woken up".
To that end... being aware does not mean you are actually "awake."

In the last few years it because the go-to buzzword for anything that they want to implement and involves computers. E.g. digital dollars, digital transformation etc. If you hear it expect a lot of centralization and loss of privacy.

Hearing so many people/things called "iconic" has annoyed me for some time. It's usually done by women and gay guys to be fair, the same type of people who call every mediocre woman a "queen" and talk about how they "stan" them. Calling everything/everyone "iconic" (or "queen" for that matter) just dilutes the meaning like what they did with "literally." The picture of Marilyn Monroe having her dress blow up as she stands over a grate is an iconic thing. Reagan's speech where he tells Gorbachev to tear down the Berlin wall is an iconic moment. Michael Jordan is an icon, as an athlete and culture figure in general. The American propaganda deepfake image that only serves to undermine the infallible CCP, all hail the CCP, China numbah wahn image of a Chinese man standing in front of a tank column is iconic. Some literally who gender special with BPD twerking is not iconic just because it espouses whatever retardation that you agree with.

"Mental Health" is the new trendy term nowadays in the media that nobody will stop talking about. It's the new favourite excuse of anybody for almost anything. I find it to be very lazy and a general indicator that the person who says it won't actually improve anything in their life. The abuse of the term actually stigmatises people with serious, real mental health problems that need real treatment and coping methods. Having one bad day or moment doesn't mean that you're suffering a mental disorder or illness. You just had a low. Learn to be resilient.

A few businesses where I am have been using it, and I was once was told by my higher ups to take a survey about the preferred name of my ethnic identity. Though I indicated that Latinx was not one of my preferred terms, they went with it anyway. Despite most surveys showing that Hispanics/Latinos hate it, I wouldn't be surprised if we see it on the next census.

If you try to argue this it's always a fucking feedback loop of, "It doesn't mean THAT, it means THIS!" and it's the same exact definition. It's so god damn redundant.

This one’s pretty simple Twitter lingo: a tweet’s reply-like ratio is skewed toward the former, typically drastically. This means most people who saw the tweet didn’t like it and criticized the post in the replies.

“AI.” Fucking AI. Everything in the business world is all about AI right now.
It is not an AI, it is a decision tree algorithm. Maybe it’s very complex algorithm that can make decisions faster than you can. Maybe it can correlate information and make decisions based on seemingly-incomplete data. Maybe it can make the company more money faster.
But it is not an ”AI” like in the movies. It cannot come up with the next HOT PRODUCT or ESSENTIAL SERVICE all on its own, It still needs inputs from humans, and it can’t tell if the human’s inputs are brilliant or utterly retarded. It also cannot predict the future.
Try telling that to an empty suit, though. You’ll be treated to a blank stare, followed by, “Company X has an AI, their profits are up, and they have HOT NEW PRODUCT. Why can’t we just have our AI do that? While you’re at it, get it to calculate how much money that new idea will make. I need to make a presentation to my boss tomorrow, so get back to me asap.”

I see it most commonly used when someone just doesn't want to interact with an argument, instead of just saying they disagree they'll say some shit like "that's valid too!" like they're a fucking abuse victim trying to mediate with their drunk dad. Funnily, I never see anyone say something isn't valid. I guess even they know how retarded that sounds.

Pride propaganda being plastered everywhere.
This evening, I was about to order Chipotle online, when I got to the checkout screen and it asked of if I wanted to round up for "lifesaving resources for LGBT youth", which I surmise means snip-snip surgery for 10-year-olds.
I immediately stopped ordering, and microwaved some enchiladas instead.
Summer cannot end soon enough.

People, typically soyboys, talking about their wife/girlfriend/whatever in a completely awkward and stilted way so as not to offend the "nonbinaries" or any of the other retards with made up genderspecial identities. I'm sure others do it, but it's been soy heterosexuals I've seen do it most.

Or something equally weird sounding. With neither of them being troons or anything either. They just awkwardly insist on referring to their wife in completely genderless terms, special they/them bullshit, and always as a partner or a spouse.
I've seen it written out, but I've also heard a few youtubers actually say it out loud. Sounded like the guy was awkwardly describing a crowd or something but he was really just mentioning his girlfriend.
