The best part about New Warriors is they literally did that because Diversity & Comics mentioned on his Youtube channel that the original New Warriors was one of his favorite runs in comics.

IIRC, it was so badly received it never even came out. Or maybe it did and it just... didn't sell, even for NuMarvel? At the very least it made them a laughing stock and gave all the anti-woke comics fans a perfect example that even normies could understand of how bad shit was getting.

Having the creepy incest twins be the headliner failed hard especially since they had that vague uncanny valley shit going on. The obscenely fat fuck Tumblr user character (even had the Tumblr nose) and the "look at me I'm edgy" vampire thing also didn't help. Also. Internet Gas? The fuck?

Speaking about the twins, I find it ironic that Daniel Kibblesmith said that he was intimidated by buff characters but made Safespace a muscular jock.
