In fact the original intent of the economic principle was to get the rich to pay a larger share of the tax burden on the populace and it actually worked. I'm 100% certain that this joke has been made before, but that dude looks like an almost picture perfect Bubbles stand-in. I think what's really doing it in this picture is the hat pulled down over the brow which is tilting the glasses forward, the angle on the nose and the odd catch on the chin. Gives a real unga bunga retard look.

Dots are too big for any kind of powder - probably chilli flakes or something similar. Chilli's actually pretty good in omelettes/fritatas (what they're cooking looks to be an unholy mashup of the two), but then again if you like chilli then it's pretty good in literally everything.

A major reason for this is lots of things happen only once a year, so you get no time to practice and learn and you get no second chance, if you've not got the harvest in and the weather breaks you're fucked
