I am actually not expecting them to cuck. Republican's aren't stupid, they are ideologically blinded, cowardly, unprincipled, and/or any combination of the three.
But not when their own ass is on the line. And don't think for a second that such a commission wouldn't be used to attack them thoroughly. The democrats have made it veeeeery clear thats what they intend to do.

While you continue to make billions of dollars off being one a society's major public squares, you take on the responsibilities of that public square.
For a more legally concrete argument, these companies profit off of supplying a public forum to politicians. These politicians can't selectively ban people from these areas. I would say that extends to the company they use to supply it. A republican can't set up his office used to meet with constituents in some office complex that bans all democrats. That would just be them outsourcing the banning people to the company they lease from.
I would argue that applies the same to Twitter. You might not be able to force Twitter to take in every US citizen, but you may be able to force politicians to not use Twitter as a public forum due to their banning policy.

Besides BLM is less about black people and more about the (((fellow whites))) who fund and direct what or who gets BLM’s wrath.
