Who'll be left holding the books, now that they've pretty much locked themselves into an audit at some point when the Tranch folds. Businesses fail all the time, but non-profits? When those go under, it tends to raise some IRS eyebrows.

Boner and/or Penny. Those two are the most involved in the day to day operations, but I'd bet its registered under Penny, due to the loan for the tractor being in his name as well. But IRS investigations can get messy, and it could just ruin each and every one of them. However, they could dump all the fraud onto Kevin, due to his spending habits being the worst, and I wouldn't put it past him to steal the tax number and use it for his plastic toys
