100%. No MTF would survive the female adolescence they idolize. They probably have to rat king together because no one else fools with them. And even girls who hate each other will kind of band together if they think a dude's being predatory, so any whiff of that will result in spontaneous collective action, where all the girls in gym class suddenly start using the bathrooms on the other side of campus rather than strip in front of a troon. I'm so very glad I don't encounter these types outside of the internet. I've noticed a apathy is really the best way to deal with them because they're usually not enjoyable enough to be in your friend group.

Sharkboy has quite a well documented history and he does appear to be that broken. He has no support system as far as I know but Sweden's government is keeping him alive. He is a very mentally ill man who trooned out because he desperately wanted a straight boyfriend, that really appears to be his only reason for transitioning as many of his posts are about how his life has no meaning if he doesn't have a boyfriend.

I do - my original post was specifically in the context of 'ways people who transitioned as kids might be able to sue their parents'. It was not saying "yes, 16 year olds are capable of deciding to troon out and should be allowed to". Fuck no. I meant that, by the time you hit 16-ish, a lot of the kids trooning at that point are the ones asking to be trooned out. They still shouldn't be, because they're 16 and dumb and probably need therapy or to get off social media for a bit, and the parents are a still culpable and have a duty of care. But it's a much less clear-cut case if you try and take your parents to court under "I was 16 and begged to be allowed on testosterone and said I'd kill myself if they wouldn't let me, and then they let me", versus "I was 5 and said I liked to wear pretty dresses and play with barbies, and mommy and daddy decided that meant I was a girl and put me on experimental drugs that turned my bones to dust".
